Samswar is a cloud-based system for quality and internal control, used by over 100,000 people across the Norwegian public sector. I worked on the product as the main designer, creating several key modules – including Injury Report.

This module helps organizations register injury cases in a structured, compliant way. It supports the full process: from reporting what happened to following up and closing the case. Because it’s part of a larger system, all data stays connected – making it easier to understand related risks, take action, and keep everything in one place.

To make that possible, I worked on the logic and structure in close collaboration with the Product Owner. I also worked with developers to ensure smooth implementation and introduced a more effective design – engineering workflow that improved collaboration and sped up delivery across the product.
