Solution
The challenge was to make something inherently complex – investment products with strict regulations – both customizable and fast to launch. At the same time, the internal team needed a more efficient process for setup and client onboarding to avoid wasted time.
The solution was a white-label system that balanced compliance with flexibility. Clients could easily adapt the product to their brand, while a structured onboarding flow made configuration straightforward and efficient.
My Role
I owned the end-to-end design of the platform: architecture, flows, wireframes, and final designs. I worked closely with a cross-functional team to align requirements, translate regulatory needs into clear user journeys, and ensure the product could be quickly customized for different clients.
I also led client-facing design communication and created a Notion-based onboarding system. This allowed clients to provide all required information in a simple and intuitive way, which reduced setup friction and received excellent feedback for its clarity.
Impact
The platform made it possible to launch new investment products faster and at lower cost. Clients benefited from a ready-made, compliant foundation that could be branded and adapted to their needs without reinventing the wheel.
Together with the team, we streamlined the customization process and reduced implementation time by 50% through active cross-functional collaboration.
