Samsvar helps municipalities and public institutions manage quality and compliance at scale. As the main product designer, I led the design of several key modules – including Injury Report.


Before Samsvar, municipalities and public institutions struggled with fragmented safety reporting processes, leading to inefficiencies and missed opportunities for improvement. Our mission? To create a scalable, compliant solution that empowers teams to act with confidence.

The Injury Report module streamlined the entire process – from incident reporting to follow-up and closure – giving teams better visibility into risks and reducing stress caused by disjointed workflows.

That means better visibility into risks, clearer ownership of next steps, and fewer things falling through the cracks.

My Role

I owned the end-to-end design of this module. I collaborated with the Product Owner to define the right structure and logic, and worked closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation.

I also introduced a more effective engineering workflow that improved cross-functional collaboration and sped up delivery.

Impact

The new process helped teams align faster, adopt the system more easily, and report incidents with more confidence and consistency across the product. Teams reported feeling more aligned and empowered, with fewer incidents slipping through the cracks
